system better in the 21st century if we are going to both improve
our quality of life and protect our environment.” |
Jim Kaplan grew up around firefighters and

women in the hospital, I know first hand the sacrifices they

Northern

pay 27% of the income taxes, 16% of all sales taxes yet we receive
less than 7.4% of state education funds in return. "I
